Lyme Bay 's Country Wines are inspired by the wines traditionally made from hedgerow fruits and flowers.   The range includes both lighter, drier wines and more intense, old-fashioned berry-rich varieties.   Many of the wines make delicious spritzers, mixed 50/50 with soda water.   Many of these wines can be specially packaged as delightful gifts, including selections in wooden presentation boxes. Due to the nature of fruits and flowers, a dry country wine will always be a little sweeter than a dry table wine.
